Useful information
- An elevator is present in the building (the apartment is located on the 4th floor).
- Ideal for families with children (a travel cot can be provided free of charge on request). The apartment is also ideal for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.)
- Check-in/out can be done independently using a key box. For a personalized welcome, we ask for an additional €10 per hour for late check-ins (beyond the regulatory check-in time).
- Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. In the event of a party or complaint from the neighborhood about noise after 10 p.m., the entire deposit will be charged.
- To make your stay even more pleasant, we can recommend you a taxi service.

Household

Bail
A deposit of €500 is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be charged in the event of a problem during your stay.

Description of the neighborhood

Very central, the Colbert district is a few minutes walk from the Old Port, one of the symbols of the city with Notre Dame de la Garde, located at the bottom of the famous Canebière. Gatherings, major events, fireworks, it is the landmark of Marseillais! For shopping, you will find the Bourse shopping center, as well as rue de la République and its many shops. Very well served by public transport (metro, tramway, bus in the immediate vicinity), you will also find the BOURSE or SAINTE BARBE car park if you come by vehicle. The Cours Belsunce will take you to the Noailles district, a colorful and emblematic district of Marseille city center with its lively streets and the Capuchins market.
