Only 8 minutes walk from the Old Port of Marseille, NOCNOC presents Le Colisée. This 160m2 duplex apartment can accommodate 14 travelers. On the 5th and 6th floor with lift of a secure building, discover its incredible rooftop to enjoy the Marseille sun or play table tennis. Spacious and very bright, it is equipped with air conditioning. You will find all the shops and transport in the immediate vicinity. It is the ideal place to put down your suitcases and set off to explore the Phocaean city.

You will find in the lower part of the apartment (5th floor):

4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140x200cm,

1 air-conditioned lounge/relaxation area with 2 sofa beds and a large table for 14 people

1 air-conditioned lounge area at the entrance of the apartment with 1 sofa bed,

2 bathrooms with shower and 1 separate WC.

On the 6th and last floor, you will find an air-conditioned living space, opening onto the roof terrace, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, hob, electric oven and all necessary to prepare good meals for you) as well as a large table.

A lift is available in the building up to the 5th floor (the apartment is located on the 5th and 6th floors)

Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A security deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.
