Useful information
- The apartment is on the 5th floor (there is an elevator in the building)
- You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay
- The check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the landing:arrival time 5 p.m. / departure time 11 a.m. (we ask a supplement of 10€ per hour for late check-ins)
- Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded
- Ideal for families with children (An umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request, as well as a high chair)

Household
Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels.

Bail
- A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay.
- In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.
