A large living room with 2 sofa beds, 

A fully-equipped kitchen with a large table, 

3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 140x200cm each, 

2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower, and 1 separate toilet. 

An elevator is available in the building (the appartment is on the 3rd floor). 

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and bedsheets, toiletries items and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay. The check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the corridor. 

Cleanings fees are directly included in the final price shown, it included the cleaning, the bed sheets, the towels, the bath mat and the tea towels. The cleaning is done by a professional team following the Anti-COVID safety measures.

Our apartments are equipped with Roomonitor decibel meter, an alarm will set off if the maximum noise level is reached.

A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighborhood; the entire deposit will be charged.

For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.
