NOCNOC - La Perle - Lille Grand'Place

The Perle apartment is located in Lille city center, 5min walk from the Rihour station. It is the perfect choice for active travelers or for travelers coming to relax.

This tastefully decorated 112m2 apartment will host up to 15 travelers. 

It is composed by :

A large living room with a large table, 1 sofa bed and 1 signle sofa bed,

A fully-equipped kitchen oppened on the living room,

A balcony,  

Bedroom 1 : 2 beds of 140x200cm, 

Bedroom 2 : 1 bed of 140x200cm,

Bedroom 3 : 1 bed of 140x200cm,

Bedroom 4 : 2 beds of 140x200cm,

2 bathrooms with shower,

2 toilets including 1 separate from the bathroom. 

The Perle and the Belle Vue apartments are similar. 

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels, bedsheets and toiletries items and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay. The check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the corridor.   

Cleaning fee is included in the total displayed rental price. A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighborhood; the entire deposit will be charged.

For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.

Ideal for families with children (baby cot on request) and with its large living room, it is the perfect spot for your professional events (seminars, training, travel…)
