A large living room with 2 sofa beds, 

A fully-equipped kitchen openned on a dining area with a large table, 

Bedroom 1 : 2 beds of 140x200cm, 

Bedroom 2 : 4 beds 90X190cm divided into 2 bunk beds, 

Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 140x200cm including a mezzanine, 

2 bathrooms with shower or bathtub and 1 toilet each. 

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and bedsheets, toiletries items and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay. The check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the corridor.

Cleaning fee is included in the total displayed rental price. A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighborhood; the entire deposit will be charged.

For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.
