- Another bathroom is present in the apartment, as well as 2 separate toilets,
- A terrace with outdoor sofas.

Useful information
- The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator)
- You will be able to contact a member of our team for the duration of your stay
- Check-in/out can be done independently using a key box on the landing: arrival time 5 p.m. / departure time 11 a.m. (we ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-ins)
- Our apartments are now equipped with decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded
- Ideal for families with children (An umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request, as well as a high chair)

Household

Bail
- Caution is requested for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. Caution will only be charged if there is a problem during your stay.
- In the event of a party or complaint from the neighborhood about noise after 10 p.m., the full amount will be charged.
