This apartment respects the PMR standards. 

It is equipped with 4 bedrooms + a large alcove.

Room 1, 2, 3 and 4 : Beds 160*200

Alcove: a sofa bed.

1 bathroom for disabled people with a shower and a toilet as well as another shower and a separate toilet. 

A living room with a large sofa and a connected TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle) so that you can realize your culinary follies.

 

The cleaning costs are directly integrated in the total price. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

 

Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded.

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 pm the totality of the deposit will be debited.

We ask for a supplement of 10€ per hour for late check in (after the regular check in time).

Ideal for families with children (an umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request).

The apartment is also ideal for your professional events (seminars, trainings, trips...) thanks to a large living room.
