NOCNOC welcomes you in this building full of history in the heart of the countryside in Campbon at 35 minutes from Nantes and 5 minutes from the leisure area "Quilly", a heated indoor swimming pool, a large garden of 620m² with a portico equipped with many leisure facilities.

This 189m2 gite will accommodate up to 13 travelers.

3 bathrooms and independent WC,

All our properties are equipped with a free Wi-Fi connection, hotel quality towels and sheets, and toiletries. You will be able to reach a member of our team throughout your stay.

The cleaning fee is directly integrated in the total price. They include the cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will be debited only in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 pm, the entire deposit will be charged. Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which set off an alarm as soon as the maximum allowed noise level is exceeded.

We ask for a supplement of 10€ per hour for late check-in (beyond the regular check-in time).
