All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay.

Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A security deposit (500€) is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.

Very central, the Colbert district is a few minutes walk from the Old Port, one of the symbols of the city with Notre Dame de la Garde, located at the end of the famous Canebière. Gatherings, major events, fireworks, it is the landmark of the people of Marseille! You will find the Bourse shopping center, as well as rue de la République and its many shops. Very well served by public transport (metro, tram, bus in the immediate vicinity), you will also find the BOURSE or SAINTE BARBE public parking if you come by car. The Cours Belsunce will take you to the Noailles district, a colorful and emblematic district of Marseille city center with its lively streets and the Capucins market.
