NOCNOC - Le Jardin du Préfet - Lille

The Jardin du Prefet apartment is located in the heart of Lille, close to Le Jardin de Vauban and a few steps away from a covered market where you can enjoy fresh and quality regional products.

This tastefully decorated 44m2 apartment is suitable for 7 travelers. 

It has a living room with 2 sofa beds and a table and a TV set, a fully-equipped kitchen oppened on the living room, one bedroom with 1 bed of 140x200cm and 1 bed of 90x190cm, 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 separate toilet. 

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and bedsheets and toiletries items. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay. 

Cleaning fee is included in the total displayed rental price. A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighborhood; the entire deposit will be charged.

For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.
