How do I book on NOCNOC ?
You can book through our website by searching for accommodation by city. For specific needs or some help, email us at email@example.com. We are available to assist from Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm.
Are there any additional charges ?
There are standard hotel taxes based on local laws and regulations, and there is a cleaning fee to cover the cost of cleaning.
- When will I be charged ?
When you book, your credit card will be charged for the entire stay, including tax and cleaning. Nothing will be asked at the check-in (except the deposit)
- How do I change the dates of my reservation ?
Please email your city manager you want to extend, reduce or modify the dates of your reservation
- Can I cancel my booking ?
Yes of course !
We refund 100% of the total of the booking price if you make the demand 48 hours after your booking and if the date of arrival in the apartment is beyond 14 days. Until 30 days before the date of your arrival, 50% of the total of your booking price will be refunded. We refund 50% of the total of the booking price if the cancel ask between 14 and 30 days before the date of arrival in the apartment. Beyond 14 days, NOCNOC doesn't refund the booking price.
- Will you need a security deposit?
A security deposit will be asked just after your booking. The amount of deposit depends on the flat price. The deposit will be blocked on your card and released 24 hours following your departure or you can give deposit cheque or cash money to the flat manager at your arrival.
- What's the security deposit for?
Here is a non-exhaustive list of reasons : damaged or broken furniture, dishes, windows or mirrors, appliances or lighting, stained or damaged walls and upholstery, missing accessories, flooding or fire.
- How does the check-in happen ?
You have 2 options : You can check-in by yourself. Your flat manager will give you the entry building code and the flat keys will be placed into a masterlock box. Or your flat manager will be waiting for you inside the apartment to hand you the keys, show you around and answer any questions you may have. Before your arrival, he will email you to confirm the check-in time. If there are any changes in your plans, please contact him as soon as you can.
- Who do I speak to if I experience issues with the apartment ?
Our flat manager will look after you, answer your questions and deal with any requests before, during and after your stay.
- What are the basic equipment of a NOCNOC Apartment?
Bathroom amenities, a Nespresso machine and capsules, a dishwasher, washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, cleaning products and equipment, a vacuum cleaner, plush towels and linen, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen. You can tailor your stay by choosing extra services (airport transfer, private chef, tour guide…). Simply ask your flat manager when your booking is done.
- Do we need to bring ID or passport?
Yes, the one who receives the key should bring his ID or passport for the check-in.
- Can I extend my stay once I'm in the apartment?
Yes you can ! But it depends on availability flat. Contact your flat manager and he will let you know.
- Should I provide my own linen and towels ?
No. We equip all our apartments with high-end bathroom amenities and plush linen and towels.
- Should we wash our sheets before check out ?
Cleaning is included in the booking price. We'll take care of all that.
- Are there any cleaning products in my holiday apartment ?
Our apartments are equipped with a broom, sponges and vacuum cleaner. If you want more, please get in touch with your flat manager.
- Do NOCNOC apartments have an internet connection ?
All of our apartments come with a speedy WiFi internet connection.
- Are there any house rules ?
Our apartments have a strict no-smoking policy.
- How many sets of keys will I get ?
2 set of keys will be provided. Either by the flat manager himself or the key will be placed in the masterlock box.
- Can I cook in the apartment ?
Yes of course ! Each apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen
- Do you offer extra services ?
Your satisfaction is our priority ! We want to treat yourself as a special guest, that’s why we try to cater to all your desires. Contact your flat manager to let him know of your needs. We may arrange airport transfer, private chef, tour guide… We know very well our cities so we will connect you with the right service provider.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
- At what time can I check-in and check-out?
You can check-in as of 3 pm. You can also check-in later on or at night. The check-out is around 11 am. Please note that if you decide to depart after, you may pay for one night. Get in touch with your flat manager to let him know your wishes.
- Will someone be there when I leave ?
Yes this will be coordinated with your flat manager (depending on your time of departure).
- What should I do when I leave ?
Just leave the keys, turn off all lights, air conditioning and close all doors and windows. And make sure you do not forget anything.
- Can I store my luggage with you if I leave a little later or come earlier than my check-in time?
Yes, it’s possible if the flat is already clean. Get in touch with your flat manager to let him know your wishes.
- Can I pay using my PayPal account?
No, unfortunately we don't support PayPal at the moment.
- Can I pay using my credit card?
Yes of course !
- Can I pay in other currency as Euro ?
Yes. Just choose the currency you wish during the booking process.
- How much do I pay in cleaning fees ?
The cleaning fee appears when booking and is calculated according to the apartment size.
- Is water, internet and electricity included in the fee?
Yes. No additional fees will be charged.
- How do I request an invoice or receipt?
Just ask your flat manager by email or phone. All details on our contact page.
