The Grand National apartment is located in Lille city center, a few steps away from Le Vieux Lille and a covered market where you can enjoy fresh and quality regional products.

This huge 180m2 apartment (the apartment has 2 floors) is suitable for 17 travelers.

Bedroom 7 : 1 bed of 140x200cm and a bathroom with 1 toilet,

2 other bathrooms with 2 separates toilets.

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and bedsheets and toiletries items. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay.

Cleaning fee is included in the total displayed rental price. A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighborhood; the entire deposit will be charged.

For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.

Ideal for families with children (baby cot on request) and with its large living room, it is the perfect spot for your professional events (seminars, training, travel…).
