The Magnifique apartment is located in Le Vieux Lille, a few steps away from Lille zoological garden. Enjoy the animals or the Lille city center thanks to its central location!

This wonderful 96m2 apartment (it has 2 floors) is suitable for 14 travelers.

It has :

A large living room with 2 sofa beds,

A dining area with a large table,

A fully-equipped kitchen,

Bedroom 1 : 1 bed of 140x200cm, 2 beds of 90x190cm and a shower,

Bedroom 2 : 1 bed of 140x200cm,

Bedroom 3 : 1 bed of 140x200cm and 1 bed of 90x190cm,

Bedroom 4 : 1 bed of 140x200cm,

A bathroom with a bathtub and 2 toilets including 1 separate from the bathroom.

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and bedsheets and toiletries items. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay.

Cleaning fee is included in the total displayed rental price. A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighborhood; the entire deposit will be charged.

For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.
