NOCNOC - La Villa - Lille

The Villa is located in the heart of Lille, 5min walk from La place de la République.

This large and tastefully decorated 239m2 villa (the villa has 4 floors) is suitable for 22 travelers. It will offer you space and comfort during your professional or personal stays.

It is composed by :

A large living room with a large TV set and a foosball,

A fully-equipped kitchen with a large TV set and a large table,

6 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 140x200cm, 1 bed of 90x190cm, a bathroom with toilet and TV set,

And 1 separate toilet in the villa,

And a terrace with a large table.

All our apartments and villas are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and bedsheets and toiletries items. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay.

Cleaning fee is included in the total displayed rental price. A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighborhood; the entire deposit will be charged.

For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.

Ideal for families with children (baby cot on request) and with its large living room, it is the perfect spot for your professional events (seminars, training, travel…)
