On the 3rd floor (no lift) of an old building in the heart of the Belsunce district, La Petite Marie (T3 of approximately 45m2) can accommodate up to 6 people. Located 200m from Saint Charles train station and 20 minutes walk from the Old Port of Marseille. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, you will find all the shops and transport in the immediate vicinity. It is the ideal place to put your suitcases to discover the Phocaean city.

Bail
A deposit of €300 is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your credit card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay.
- In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.

La Petite Marie is located in the district of Belsunce, very popular, it notably houses the Center Bourse, a large shopping center in the city center of Marseille, the Alcazar, a former performance hall converted into a library and the Labourdette Towers. There are fine examples of 17th century buildings such as the Hotel Pesciolini or the Halles Puget.

Ideal location between Saint Charles train station and the old port, there are many low-cost clothing stores and wholesalers.
