It is on the 4th floor with lift, and is partly air-conditioned (Living room and entrance only). Spacious, bright and tastefully decorated, you will find all the shops and transport in the immediate vicinity. It is the ideal place to put down your suitcases and set off to explore the Phocaean city.

Self check-in/out option is available thanks to a key box.

For a personalized check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour.

Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A security deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.
