A large living room with 1 sofa bed,

An equipped kitchen open on the dining area with a large table,

Room 1 : 1 bed 140x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm,

Room 4 : 1 bed 140x200cm,

Room 5 : 1 bed 140x200cm,

Bedroom 6 - master suite: 1 bed 140x200cm and a bathroom with bathtub,

2 other bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are present in the villa,

A terrace with view on the Erdre river, possibility of BBQ and a covered and heated swimming pool.

Concerning the dimensions of the pool, it measures 3m in length and 2m in width, for a depth of 1,65m.

The pool is forbidden after 8pm and limited to 4 people. Moreover, the door must be kept closed for security reasons.

All our properties are equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will be able to reach a member of our team during your entire stay.

The cleaning fee is directly integrated in the total price. They include cleaning, provision of bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A deposit is required for the property, it is a pre-authorization on your card made the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will be debited only in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 pm, the entire deposit will be debited. Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which set off an alarm as soon as the maximum allowed noise level is exceeded.

We ask for a supplement of 10€ per hour for late check-in (beyond the regulatory check-in time).
