- Check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the landing: arrival time 5 p.m. / departure time 11 a.m. (we ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-ins)
- Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded
- Ideal for families with children (An umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request, as well as ahigh chair )

Bail
- A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay.
- In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited
