Le Fortunio is a huge 2 bedroom apartment (95m2) suitable for up to 8 travelers. Perfectly located in the best area of Marseille, the Old Port, overlooking the famous Cours D’estiennes D’Orves. You will find a lot of pubs, restaurants, shops and transport nearby. On the1st floor ((no lift) and tastefully decorated with A/C, it’s a super spot to explore Marseille.

The Fortunio offers:

A fully equipped kitchen: Electric oven, Microwave, Nespresso, Dishwasher, Large fridge/freezer, and everything you need to prepare good meals.

Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200cm, with its private bathroom (large bathtub and 2 sinks)

Bedroom 2: 1 small double bed 130 x 184 on the mezzanine (height under the mezzanine ceiling = 90cm). 1 single bed 90x200cm

There is no elevator in the building (1st floor)

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only.

Ideal for families with children (a travel cot can be provided free of charge on request)

The apartment is also ideal for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room and a large table.

Check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a lockbox. For a personalized welcome, we ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-ins (beyond the regulatory check-in time).

Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A security deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.

There is no shortage of activities in this unmissable place! For those with a sweet tooth, don't miss the fish market every morning, and if you're more in the floral mood there's even the flower market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
