Located between Gare Saint Roch and Place de la Comédie, Le Jumanji is a 160m2 apartment with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people, it is located in the heart of Montpellier, in a magnificent building with lots of character.

The accommodation is less than 5 minutes walk from the Gare Saint Roch and the Place de la Comédie, where you will find all the tram lines. Easily accessible by car, in the streets around there are paid parking spaces.You will also find many secure car parks within a 5-minute walk (Polygone, Comédie, Gare)

Layout and sleeping arrangements

After pushing open the large wooden door you will have to climb the few steps of the wide stone staircase which leads to the first floor.

Here are located:

- The living room overlooked by an urban jungle, a huge living room with two large sofas, TV (connected to the internet but not to channels) and coffee table. On the floor, a mix of solid wood and Montpellier bar, these large gray slabs are the symbol of Montpellier architecture.

-The open and fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking as well as a beautiful wooden dining table for 10 people.

Kitchen piano, oven, grill, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave…

- A parental suite with a 160 bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower.

- A second bedroom with double bed 160 and dressing room.

- A bathroom with corner bath

The narrow wrought iron staircase leads to the second floor.You will find :

- A third bedroom with two double beds 160 (Please note this bedroom does not have a shutter/curtain or system to block out the light)

- A relaxation area / rest area with sofas and cushions as well as a desk

- A third bathroom with Italian shower, double basin and WC.

- A fourth bedroom with a double bed 160

On the ground floor is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer at your disposal.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning or an elevator.

- Check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the landing: arrival time 5 p.m. / departure time 11 a.m. (we ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-ins)
- Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded
- Ideal for families with children (An umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request, as well as a high chair)

Bail
- A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure.The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay.
- In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.
