NOCNOC is delighted to welcome you in this incredible renovated loft of 185m2 that can accommodate up to 13 people. Easily accessible, it is located between Place Zola and Place Mellinet and will allow you to reach the heart of the city as well as the banks of the Loire in 5 minutes.

The loft is located on the first floor and second floor of an old quilt factory.

It is composed :

A very bright living room with open kitchen, modern and equipped, with a surface of 74,87 m2.

Room 1 : bed of 160X200cm with private bathroom

Bedroom 2 : bed 140X200cm

Bedroom 3: master suite with dressing room and private bathroom, bed 160X200cm

Room 4 : 2 beds of 90X200cm

Room 5 : bed 160X200cm and a sofa bed 140X200cm

Room 6 : bed 140X200cm

2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets

A laundry room: equipped with a dryer and a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

All our apartments are equipped with a free Wi-Fi connection, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine.

You will also be able to reach a member of our team during your stay.

The cleaning fee is directly integrated in the total price. It includes cleaning, provision of bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will be debited only in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 pm, the entire deposit will be charged. Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which set off an alarm as soon as the maximum allowed noise level is exceeded.

We charge an extra 10€ per hour for late check-in (beyond the regular check-in time).

The lobby is non-smoking and we ask you to respect the instructions for the tranquility of the neighborhood.
