The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It consists of an open kitchen and a large living room overlooking the famous Place Wilson. All windows are double glazed.

Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibelmeters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. Do not panic, meals with friends to the background of music do not trigger the alarm as long as they do not degenerate! If the device is disconnected, or unplugged all or part of the deposit will be withdrawn.

The cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all professionally cleaned using the anti-covid process. A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or a neighborhood complaint about noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be charged.

We charge a supplement of € 10 per hour for late check-ins (beyond the regulatory check-in time).
