A huge living room with a sofa bed, a cozy Moroccan-style corner and a table football for the players, an equipped kitchen with a bar, and a large table that will accommodate all your meals.

-Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meter which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. Don't panic, meals with friends, background music won't ring the alarm as long as they don't get out of hand! 

- The apartment also has an outdoor camera and a VERISUR alarm for your security, the operation of which will be explained to you upon your arrival.

Cleaning :

Cleaning fees are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

Deposit

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in case of a problem during your stay.

In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be charged. If the decibel meters device is disconnected, or unplugged all or part of the deposit will be charged.

We ask for a supplement of 10€ per hour for late check-ins (beyond the latest check-in time), on request only and after confirmation from us.
