The Le Terrazzo apartment is located on avenue Bouisson Bertrand between the historic center and the lively district of Boutonnet, a 2-minute walk from the tram line 1. The calm in the city center, on the ground floor of a renovated building and close to amenities.

The exceptional services of the Terrazzo offer you a living environment conducive to relaxation, thanks to a warm atmosphere, its garden and its private swimming pool. The decoration and the atmosphere of the place have been designed according to Mediterranean influences, in order to offer you a stay with the air of a holiday. The materials have been carefully chosen and inspired by natural elements.

Household

Cleaning is included in the rental. Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

Bail

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure.The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited. We ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-in in person (reception by a member of our team beyond the regulatory check-in time).
