The Le Ceramica apartment is located on avenue Bouisson Bertrand between the historic center and the lively district of Boutonnet, a 2-minute walk from the tram line 1. The calm in the city center, on the first floor with balcony of a renovated building and close amenities, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The services of the Ceramica are qualitative and offer you a setting conducive to relaxation, thanks to a warm atmosphere, a location close to all amenities in a quiet street. The decoration and the atmosphere of the place have been designed according to Mediterranean influences, in order to offer you a rejuvenating stay, with the air of a holiday.The materials have been carefully chosen and inspired by natural elements.

- Ideal for families with children (a lit umbrella can be provided to you free of charge on request) or for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room.

Deposit

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.We ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-in in person (reception by a member of our team beyond the regulatory check-in time).
