Offering 5 apartments renovated with quality materials and can accommodate up to 38 people. Sunny terraces, air conditioning, high speed internet connection, and all the modern comfort will allow you to enjoy your stay in Marseille with family, friends or during business trips or seminars.

Between the Old Port (15 minutes on foot), the Cours Julien and Notre Dame de la Garde, in a quiet street but close to everything, NOCNOC presents LE CHABANON, an entire building secured with video protection (no elevator).

With 5 apartments renovated with quality materials, it can accommodate up to 38 people and offers 2 large terraces, quiet and sunny.

All the apartments have :

- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee maker..) as well as everything you need to prepare good meals.

- Large bathrooms with shower and/or large bathtub 2 places & WC (Iron and hair dryer are available).

- Large dressing rooms

- High speed Wifi / air conditioning / HD TV.

Duplex apartment LE PLOUF on the top floor (up to 16 pax):

- 1st level: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140 X 200 cm) in each and a sofa bed 2 places in two of them. 1 bathroom with WC. Fully equipped kitchen open on the living room and the terrace.

- 2nd level: 3 bedrooms with a queen size beds (160 X 200 cm) in each. 1 bathroom with WC, washing machine and dryer.

Apartment LE PALME (up to 6 pax):

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 X 200 cm) and two double sofa beds in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen open on the living room. 1 bathroom with WC

Apartment LE CHOUCHOU (up to 6 pax):

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 X 200 cm) and a sofa bed 2 places in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen open on the living room

Apartment loft L'ESPADRILLE (up to 6 pax):

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160 X 200 cm), with a bathroom. Living room with a sofa bed 2 places and an american kitchen.

Apartment LE PARASOL (up to 4 pax):

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160 X 200 cm), with a bathroom. Living room and American kitchen.

Chabanon Building is located in the heart of the 6th district of Marseille between the hyper-center and the fanciest districts of Marseille. The 6th is home to various villages, from the very trendy Notre-Dame du Mont to the picturesque Vauban, via Castellane, the Prefecture, Lodi and the Palais de Justice. All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can join a member of our team during your whole stay.

Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A security deposit (2000€) is required, a pre-authorization on your credit card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit could be debited.
