Ideally located in the famous Cours Julien district, the meeting place for artists in Marseille, NOCNOC offers Le Nid, on the 3rd floor of an old building without lift, a sumptuous 120 m2 air-conditioned apartment on 3 levels, which can accommodate up to to 12 people. Its 4 double bedrooms, its dormitory as well as its 2 bathrooms will allow you to enjoy a stay in a group while keeping your privacy. 

Layout and sleeping arrangements

The Nest is laid out as a triplex:

1st level:

2nd level:

- A magnificent air-conditioned living room, through, opening onto the quiet terrace on the courtyard side.Living-dining room, very bright, 1 sofa, flat screen HD television

- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, electric oven, hob and everything you need to prepare good meals.

- Bedroom 4, with queen size bed (160x200), air-conditioned
- Separate toilets
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer

3rd level:

An open space, air-conditioned with skylight.Children will find a corner to play, as well as 4 single beds, a washing machine and a small water point for brushing their teeth.

Useful information
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor ( no lift)
- You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the landing: arrival time 5 p.m. / departure time 11 a.m. (we ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-ins)
- Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded
- Ideal for families with children (An umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request, as well as a high chair)

Household
Cleaning costs are directly integrated into the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels.

Deposit
- A deposit of 1200€ is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay.
- In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.

Description of the neighborhood

Located in the heart of the city center, a stone's throw from Noailles and the Old Port, the Cours Julien is one of the most lively districts of Marseille, day and night. It is the ideal place to discover the most beautiful works of street art in the city.

The "Cours Ju", as it is called in Marseille, has now become an atypical and unmissable place in the city.A meeting place for artists with its art galleries, designers of all kinds, shops and musicians, it is pleasant to visit both during the day for the terraces of its restaurants and in the evening for its festive and cosmopolitan atmosphere, but also for its pedestrian streets and play areas for children and families.

The Cours Julien is very easily accessible on foot from the Old Port, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes on foot with a little difference in altitude.

You can also get there by metro (line 2) by getting off at “Notre-Dame du Mont” station.

Rules of procedure

- A deposit of 1200€ via the secure platform Swikly or Stripe will be requested before you enter the premises, this deposit will be in the form of a bank imprint, access to the apartment will only be given when the deposit is secure, if the traveler refuses to pay the deposit, the cancellation will be the responsibility of the traveler.
- Parties are prohibited
- Thank you for not making noise pollution after 10 p.m.
- Please always keep the door of the building closed and do not make noise in the common areas
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment and in the common areas of the building
- Any broken object must be reported to your host. In the event of non-reporting, the price of the replacement and a supplement of 30 euros will be deducted from your deposit (supporting invoices).
- If you notice something unusual in the apartment on the day of your arrival that your host has not told you about, send him photos directly.
- Troubleshooting for loss of key is only done between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., we will not be able to intervene at night, you will have to contact a locksmith. If necessary, the price of the copy of the key, the opening of the door and a supplement of 30 euros will be deducted from your deposit, invoices in support. Be careful not to lose them!
- Please turn off the lights, air conditioning and radiators as soon as you leave the apartment by lowering the red button on the circuit breaker.
- In case of independent arrival, please check that the key box remains locked after having collected your keys.

The day of your departure:

- Departure before 11am, depending on availability it is possible to request an exception from your host directly.
- No need to clean or undo the sheets, we take care of it!

Thank you however:
- to clean "abnormal" dirt,
- to tidy up the apartment as on your arrival
- to empty your ashtrays
- to throw the glass in the city's glass silos (address on the city's website and in your apartment guide)
- clean and put away the dishes in the cupboards
- put unused towels aside to avoid waste
- to turn off the lights, the air conditioning and the heating by lowering the red button on the circuit breaker
- Anti-waste reflex, do not throw away closed and unused foodstuffs that you cannot take away, the cleaning staff can recover them, do not hesitateleave them in the fridge.
- You can then lock the apartment with the key (which you will not have lost) and put them back in the key box, making sure that it is properly closed.
