- The apartment is on the ground floor of a secure building
- You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- The check-in/out can be done in autonomous thanks to a key box on the landing: arrival time 5 p.m. / departure time 11 a.m. (we ask for a supplement of 10€ per hour for late check-ins)
- Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded

Bail
A deposit of 300€ is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay.In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.

You will find many local shops, restaurants, cafes and parks in the immediate vicinity. Public transport is easily accessible with several bus stops nearby and the Estrangin prefecture metro station 5 minutes away on foot or the Notre-Dame du Mont station about 10 minutes away on foot. As for the main tourist attractions in Marseille, the Calanques are around 30 minutes away by car or bus, while the Prado beaches are around 20 minutes away by car or bus.
