Located near the banks of the Rhône, in the Prefecture district and a 10-minute walk from Part Dieu Station, our building comprises 4 lofts ranging from 112 to 117 m2.

Completely renovated, it comprises a total of 18 bedrooms (+1 alcove), 21 beds and 1 sofa bed, 8 bathrooms, 2 beautiful terraces, fully equipped living spaces, and can accommodate up to 40 people.

The Leonardo Apartment, sleeps 10 -1st level: 4 bedrooms (+1 alcove), 5 double beds, 2 bathrooms

The Donatello Apartment, sleeps 10 -2nd level: 5 bedrooms, 5 double beds, 2 bathrooms

The Michelangelo Apartment, sleeps 10 -3rd level: 5 bedrooms, 4 double beds + 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms

The Raphael Apartment, sleeps 10 -4th level: 4 bedrooms, 4 double beds + 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms

All apartments feature:

• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) along with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
• Spacious bathrooms with shower & WC. (Iron and hairdryer are available).
• Wardrobes
• WiFi (fiber) / Reversible air conditioning / HD TV.

You have the option to rent all or part of the 4 apartments as well as a private meeting room (up to 14 people) located in a coworking space on the ground floor of the building.

Rates for the meeting room: €500 per day (€250 per half-day).

Our accommodations offer cozy living spaces, exceptional locations, hotel-quality sheets and bedding, and a dedicated team of professionals available 7 days a week.

Cleaning fees are directly integrated into the total displayed price. They include cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mat, and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-COVID process.

A security deposit of €2500 is required for the reservation; a pre-authorization on your credit card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be charged in case of problems during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters that trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum allowable noise level is exceeded. In case of a party or noise complaints from neighbors after 10 pm, the entire deposit may be charged.
