With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for a maximum capacity of 24 travelers, it's the ideal place for your group stay. The building is secure and has an elevator. The 2 apartments are air-conditioned. All shops and transport links are in the immediate vicinity.

Presentation of the Capucin apartment (floor 4) 

A large kitchen/living room with 1 sofa bed and a large wooden table, the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, hob, electric oven and everything you need to prepare delicious meals).

Le Capucin (4th floor) has air-conditioning in the living room and entrance hall only.

1 large air-conditioned lounge/dining area with 2 sofa beds and a large table for 14 people 

1 small air-conditioned lounge area at the entrance to the apartment with 1 sofa bed, 

2 bathrooms with shower and 1 separate WC. 

Presentation of Le Colisée (floor 6): 

On the top floor, you'll find an air-conditioned living area opening onto the roof terrace, with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, hob, electric oven and everything you need to prepare tasty meals) and a large dining table. 

1 bathroom with shower and 1 WC, 

A sublime rooftop with ping-pong table, a large wooden table and a relaxation area under a wooden arbour. 

The building has an elevator till the 5th floor.

These 2 apartments are at your complete disposal during your stay. We ask you to ensure that you respect your neighbors, especially when you move from one apartment to another.

At NOCNOC, one person will be responsible for welcoming you in person or for giving you directions by telephone if you arrive late or have last-minute changes in your schedule. He or she will be on hand to advise you on activities to do and general information about the city.

Cleaning costs are directly included in the total price. They include cleaning and the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels, all professionally cleaned using the anti-covid process.

A deposit is required for the flat (2000€). A pre-authorisation will be made on your card the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited if there are any problems during your stay.

Our flats are now equipped with a decibel meter which triggers an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded. In the event of a party or complaint from the neighbours about noise after 10pm, the full deposit will be charged.

The Rome Building is located in the 6th arrondissement of Marseille, a dynamic, central, upscale, and pleasant neighborhood. You will find many local shops, restaurants, cafes, and parks nearby. Public transportation is easily accessible with several bus stops nearby and the Estrangin Prefecture metro station just a 5-minute walk away, or the Notre-Dame du Mont station about a 10-minute walk away. Tramway is a 1-minute walk away. As for Marseille's main tourist attractions, the Calanques are about a 30-minute drive or bus ride away, while the beaches of Prado are about a 20-minute drive or bus ride away. The Old Port is about a 15-minute walk away, while the historic Panier district is about a 20-minute bus or metro ride away. The closest museums are the Cantini Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art, both about a 15-minute walk away. The location is convenient, peaceful, and charming, perfect for exploring Marseille.
