- You will be able to contact a member of our team for the duration of your stay.
- Check-in/out can be done independently using a key box on the landing.
- Our apartments are now equipped with decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded.
- Ideal for families with children (a lit umbrella can be provided free of charge on request) or for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room.

Household :

Cleaning is included in the rental. Cleaning fees are directly included in the total price displayed. They include cleaning, provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals.

Bail :

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be charged in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or complaint from the neighborhood about noise after 10 p.m., the entire deposit will be charged.
