NOCNOC is delighted to welcome you to this incredible renovated 130 m² loft that can accommodate up to 8 people. Bright and in an industrial spirit, you will appreciate its modern and warm decoration. Easy to access, it is located between Place Zola and Place Mellinet and will allow you to reach the heart of the city as well as the banks of the Loire in 5 minutes.

The loft is located on the second floor of an old quilting factory. Ideal for a professional, family or friends stay.

Layout and beds

- A warm and bright living room thanks to its numerous glass roofs including a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs for relaxing and then a work space to accommodate several workstations.

- A large, fully equipped kitchen (crockery, utensils, refrigerator, oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) open to the living room and with a dining area that can accommodate 8 people at the table.

- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140cm x 190cm
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140cm x 190cm
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160cm x 200cm
- Bedroom 4: 1 bed 140cm x 190cm with a large closet
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 2 sinks and 1 toilet

Useful information
- There is no private parking space but parking is free on the street near the accommodation.
- We ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-ins (beyond the regulatory check-in time).
- Our apartments are now equipped with decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded.

Comfort and equipment
All our apartments are equipped:

- toiletries (shower gel + shampoo),
- hair dryers and iron
- a Nespresso coffee machine.

Household
- Cleaning fees are directly included in the total price displayed. They include cleaning, provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals.

Bail
- A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be charged in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or complaint from the neighborhood about noise after 10 p.m., the entire deposit will be charged.

Ideal for families with children (a travel cot can be provided free of charge on request) or for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room.
