Bright and with an industrial spirit, you will appreciate their modern and warm decoration. Easily accessible, they are located between Place Zola and Place Mellinet, allowing you to reach the heart of the city and the banks of the Loire in just 5 minutes.

Both apartments feature:

• Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) along with all the necessary items to prepare delicious meals.
• Spacious bathrooms with shower and/or large 2-person bathtub & WC. (Iron and hairdryer are available).
• Large closets.
• Wifi (fiber) / Reversible air conditioning / HD TV.

Apartment Descriptions:

• The ATYPICAL Loft: A ground-floor loft with a surface area of 185 m², comprising: A very bright living room with a modern, fully equipped open kitchen of 75 m2. • Bedroom 1: 160x200cm bed with private bathroom. • Bedroom 2: 140x200cm bed. • Bedroom 3: Master suite with dressing room and private bathroom, 160x200cm bed. • Bedroom 4: 2 beds of 90x200cm. • Bedroom 5: 160x200cm bed and a 140x200cm sofa bed. • Bedroom 6: 140x200cm bed. 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. A laundry room equipped with a dryer and a washing machine, as well as a table and an iron.
• The WORKSHOP Loft: A loft on the 2nd floor with a surface area of 130 m², comprising: A warm and bright living room thanks to its numerous windows, with a comfortable seating area and a workspace. A large, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with a dining area for 8 people. • Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190cm. • Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190cm. • Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200cm. • Bedroom 4: 1 bed 140x190cm with a large closet. 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 2 sinks, and 1 WC. 1 shower room with a shower, a sink, and a washing machine. 1 separate WC. Bed linens and towels, as well as toiletries, are provided. A cot can be provided free of charge for children upon request.

Cleaning is included in the rental. Cleaning fees will be directly integrated into the total displayed price. A security deposit is required for both lofts, and a pre-authorization will be processed on your card the day before your arrival. The deposit will only be charged in case of issues during your stay.

A €2000 security deposit is required for the reservation, with a pre-authorization on your credit card processed the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be charged in case of issues during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters that trigger an alarm when the maximum allowed noise level is exceeded. In case of a party or noise complaint from neighbors after 10 p.m., the entire deposit may be charged.
