Balconies with breathtaking views, beautiful brightness, meticulous decoration... Ideal for both families (crib available upon request) and business travelers.

A lift is present in the building FROM THE 1st FLOOR ONLY

Le REPUBLIQUE on the 6ᵉ floor is arranged as follows:

- A large living room with a large wooden table, 1 sofa bed and a television and A/C
- A fully equipped kitchen with a table,
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140x200cm, (the one with the great view over the port has got A/C)
- A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet,
- Washing machine, iron, hair dryer
- A balcony with an incredible view on the Old Port, equipped with a small wooden table and 2 chairs.
- Air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms only.

Le MINOT on the 5ᵉ floor offers:

- A large living room with a table, 1 sofa bed and a television and A/C
- A fully equipped kitchen with a bar area and stools,
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200cm,
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x200cm and 1 sofa bed, with A/C
- A bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet,
- Washing machine, iron, hair dryer
- A balcony with an incredible view of the old port.
- Air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms only.

L'ESCALE on the 2nd floor offers :

- A large air-conditioned living room with TV, a large table, 2 sofas, one of which converts into a bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen
- Bedroom 1 (under the mezzanine): 1 double bed 160x200cm, fan
- Mezzanine opening onto the living room: 1 sofa bed, 2 single beds 90x200cm, air-conditioning
- Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer. An iron and washing machine are also available.
- 1 separate WC.
- Balcony with superb view of the old port.

La PERMANENCE on the 1st floor offers :

- A large living room with table, 2 sofas, 1 of which converts to a double bed,
- A large, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with a bar area.
- Bedroom 1 (with a magnificent view of the old port): 1 bed 160x200cm,
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x200cm,
- Shower room with washing machine, hairdryer and iron.
- 1 separate WC.

The 4 flats are entirely at your disposal during your stay and we count on you to respect the neighbours, especially when you move from one flat to another.

At NOCNOC, one person will be responsible for welcoming you in person or for giving you directions by telephone if you arrive late or have last-minute changes in your schedule. He or she will be on hand to advise you on activities to do and general information about the city. Don't hesitate to ask for her number in the Airbnb conversation!

Cleaning costs are directly included in the total price. They include cleaning and the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels, all professionally cleaned using the anti-covid process.

A deposit is required for the flat (1500€). A pre-authorisation will be made on your card the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited if there are any problems during your stay.

Our flats are now equipped with a decibel meter which triggers an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded. In the event of a party or complaint from the neighbours about noise after 10pm, the full deposit will be charged.

Neighborhood

Such as Notre Dame de la Garde, the Old Port of Marseille is one of the most famous symbols of the city, located at the bottom of the famous Canebière avenue. Gatherings, major events, fireworks, it is the landmark of the people of Marseille!

Take a selfie under the shade, stroll along the pier and observe the fishermen who go to sea, discover the magnificent heritage surrounding the Old Port, take a mini-cruise on the Ferry Boat, embark for the day on the islands du Frioul… There is no shortage of activities in this unmissable place! For those with a sweet tooth, don't miss the fish market every morning, and if you're more in the floral mood, there's even the flower market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

Location and transportation

Located 100 meters from VIEUX PORT metro station (2 metro stops from Marseille Saint-Charles station). Tram and buses are accessible within a 3-minute walk. It is ideal for getting around Marseille easily. Possibility of paying secured public parking 50 meters from the apartment (PARKING CENTRE BOURSE). Book online for cheaper rates ;)
