In total 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms! It's the perfect place to unpack your bags and explore the Phocaean city. Ideal both for families (travel bed provided free of charge on request) and for your business trips.

L'Haussmannien (2nd floor without elevator) and its 133 m², is typical of the architecture of the period with its traditional red tiles, decorative fireplaces and ceiling moldings. It can accommodate up to 18 travelers.

It is composed as follows:

- A large living room with 2 sofa beds and a large table,
- A fully-equipped kitchen,
- Bedroom 1: 2 beds including 1 in 140x200cm and 1 in 160x200cm,
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x200cm,
- Bedroom 3: 1 140x200cm bed and 1 sofa bed,
- Bedroom 4: 1 140x200cm bed and 1 sofa bed,
- 3 bathrooms with bathtub or shower and 2 separate toilets,
- A balcony with a small wooden table and 2 chairs.

 Le Liberté (1st floor without elevator) offers the same configuration and can also accommodate up to 18 travelers.

These 2 apartments are at your complete disposal during your stay. We ask you to ensure that you respect your neighbors, especially when you move from one apartment to another.

At NOCNOC, one person will be responsible for welcoming you in person or for giving you directions by telephone if you arrive late or have last-minute changes in your schedule. He or she will be on hand to advise you on activities to do and general information about the city. 

Cleaning costs are directly included in the total price. They include cleaning and the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels, all professionally cleaned using the anti-covid process.

A deposit is required for the flat (1000€). A pre-authorisation will be made on your card the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited if there are any problems during your stay.

Our flats are now equipped with a decibel meter which triggers an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded. In the event of a party or complaint from the neighbours about noise after 10pm, the full deposit will be charged.

Neighborhood

Saint Charles is the first step when arriving in Marseille! Going down the majestic stairs from the station, you can admire a breathtaking view over the city and Notre Dame de la Garde. Very central, the district joins the Cours julien, next to the Plaine and Notre-Dame-du-Mont. This district, a hotspot for Marseille Street Art, is ideal for sipping a drink on the terrace and strolling through the designer boutiques. You will then find Noailles, its lively streets and its Capucin marketplace. The Old Port is a 15 minute walk away.

Location and transportation

Ideally located in the center of Marseille. Close to shops and public transport.

By car, follow the direction of Gare Saint Charles, the apartment is located very close by.

In transport, the apartment is located
- On metro lines 1 and 2 at the Gare Saint Charles stop,
- On bus lines 52 and 509 at the Gambetta Athens stop.
